Bad service at Dis-Chem Worcester

I wanted to purchase a product at dischem that was advertised for R29, 99. When I got to the point of purchase it was R99. According to law they have to give it for the price advertised, the cosmetics manager refused to assist and blamed it on the customers who move the products. However, it was clear that the shop had put an incorrect price at the product.
