Bad Service Annoys me

Ladies at Dischem park Meadows can really set a persons mood from good to sour. I went there cuz I needed formula for my son . Went to the till when I paid the SMS to say money is dedacted appeared but the tiller said it did not go through showed her the msg and she said it will reverse we must try again.

We tried again 2nd massage that money has been dedacted come on my phone still I showed the tiller . she called some lady that deals with customer service she was clueless on what she must do . next thing tiller said she's going to call some other lady to help, the lady just told me the money will reverse in 7 days . Imagine waiting for 7 days to get a reversal with no milk . what will my son be eating for the next 7 days.

I'm I expected to borrow money while Dischem took my money. And why is there a customer services person that can't even help with nothing.
