Bad service and uses goods sold

I just got back from dischem which I requested a humidifier for my new born baby and waited for a hour for staff to get the actual products and bring it to me I was told that it is kept in the store room and not in store also staff are unfriendly and not willing to help standing and chatting looking the other way when wanting to approach them I eventually got help and was offered a product with no box at a cheaper price also the product purchased is dirty and used full of rust. You get no hello may I help you service or even a mere thank you when buying goods. I am making it clear I want to be compensated I refuse to go to the branch to return this junk I want a new one delivered and this one returned also I will be glad to know staff are also trained to give better customer service with a smile and not a sour face. I am your customer and I feel so discouraged and disappointed to know this is what you think of me. I have pictures of this product's and it's condition and expect you to jump at my review.
