bad service and rudeness.

i went to The Glen branch to collect our monthly medicines. i requested that my hormonal pacth be given to me too, as the medical now approved it as chronic meds. the Assistant pharmacist was very rude and said i need to get the script to you before they can dispense it. i showed him the approval and then he said he would call his manager. i understand you need the script, but i just wanted to show him. when getting to work i searched for the script and wanted to fax it through and get it delivered at home. internet says you open 8:30, yet voicemail answers. then i phoned 9:35, and no one at precritions answer. i leave a message someone must phone me. at 10:15 i phone again and get to speak to Palisa, telling me they didnt get the message, when trying to explain that i want to send my script and needed the fax number, she told my very rudely i could have gotten it from reception. what is this bad service/treatment i get? i requested all my scripts to be send to me, will take my business to Clicks.... ...still waiting for the fax.......
