Bad Service and putting people's life at risk.

I went to Dis-chem Newmarket Store at Alberton last night to buy a milk of Magnesiam for my son and to my surprise when i get home i noticed that the bottle has been tampered with and it sounds half when i shake it. How do i trust and use something that has been tampered with to put my child's life at risk?
