Bad service and customer negligence

Early September this year i purchased a Black Opel foundation at Dis chem Maponya Mall Soweto for R 260. I used their tester before buying obviously and it was good and matching with my skin well, but i took the wrong color mistakenly and paid for it. I used it once then realized it's too light for my skin then i took it back for exchange but i was told that no exchange and definitely no refunds. Had to sell it to a friend for only R 150 as i wanted to get reed of it and get my money back. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AT DIS-CHEM. Somebody please do something about this.
