Bad service and communication

<p>This morning I went to a Dis - chem Park Station clinic for immunization for my daughter and nephew. First of all , the nurse was supposed to open at 8:30, she got there after 9. She made us wait for a very long time before she came and attended to us, when she did, she chased us away saying she cannot attend to us cause we did not come yesterday for the measles, when I asked her to immuze my kids for their 10 months immunization then i will make an appointment for the measles for next week, she dismissed me and told me she won't that I must leave and go to a public hospital or clinic. she doesn't get that I took a day off at work, woke up early with infants. when I get there she tells me I must leave after she was even late. That was terrible service that I did not get and worst of all, I pay for it its not free. Somebody do something. </p>
