Bad Service !!!

So on Friday i went to Dischem eastgate for Covid-19 tests while i was on the que i asked the lady wether do they take cash or card she said card only ,so i went to deposit my money then i went back to the que only to find out she also takes cash from other people.Secondly i requested for an invoice one of the ladies gave me an invoice wit wrong id number and name therefor i cannot use it as a proof i called the store twice and requested for an invoice with correct info to be sent they took my details today its monday still i havent recieved a correct invoice
