Bad service

I have visited Dischem pharmacy in the mall of the North in Polokwane to had the sister check my child couch. After waiting from 14h45 upto 15H10 at the clinic waiting area. Because she was bussy according to the staff. When she finnish with the other person 15H00 she come out and said sorry the clinic closed 15h00 she cannot help. My feeling is that I where there long before 15h00 and that she was busy.
