Bad service

I went to Dischem Hillcrest Pretoria on Tuesday 4 Aug 2020 to refill my script. I drink a lot of medication and is currently on treatment for a yesr, to srink a tumor in my lower abdomen. They "forgot" to put the medication in. I left with a sealed bag ond only noticed the evening when i opened the package that the medication is not there. The following morning i called just after they opened and requested that the medication be deliverd ASAP together with the supplements i have to take for anemia because the tumor is draining. I was assured that it would be delivered the next morning. I caaled again after recieving an sms that i should pick up the medication and again i was assured the i would get it the next morning. By 14h00 today i still did not get the medication and called again. I called and spoke to Luigi, who confirmed that the medication was out and that i will get it. He called back on my cell phone and said he is looking into where the medicine is and will get nack to me. NOTHING HAPPEND. NO CALL. NO MEDICINE. I called 10 to 4 and asked to speak to the person in chared. According to him, the courier was here, they send me an sms, and they called me and there was no one home and i didn't answer so the braught it back to Dischem. I have a monster dog that goes crazy when there is someone at the gate... He didn't make a sound. No call, no sms and yet they cannot even accept responsability that they messed up. Needless to say, i still don't have my medication and now i have to start the whole course over and postponed an operation to remove the tumor, in March to August. And all of this from a company that advertise on there phone system how important cronic medication is. And still they blame me....... Excellent service...
