Bad service

This woman at Dischem Festival mall, her name is Olwethu. That woman invented rudeness. I am surprised she still has a job cause clearly she does not want to work. Everything she assists me via the WhatsApp portal she is so rude. On 16 February she told me that ony medium of communication at Dischem is English. Then I explained her that she did not send through all of what I ordered with the driver. She was like you only get one of the insulin pens, but I use 2 insulin.
