Bad service

I'm at a Dischem vaccination site in Fourways mall and the staff is so rude and unprofessional. The nurse that was injecting me was busy on her phone sending messages while I had to wait for her to finish. This is one of the reasons why people will not vaccinate if you give them such bad service. The lady had such an attitude including the staff. Its appalling to say the least
