Bad service

Good day I would like to complain about dischem at maponya on the side of cosmetics for make up... I went there on the the 30 of August 2019 wanted help from the retail artist and the service that I got was so so bad firstly I asked one lady to assist me then she said she's busy waited for almost 30mins for assistance to find a right colour for make up didnt get any help and their attitude stinks they don't wanna assist they will tell you that they are busy and I ended up going without finding assistance or any of the girl asking if I need help and when I asked another lady she said "eish am so busy I can't assist you"
