Bad Service

I am extremely dissapointed with the service I experienced today. I wanted to purchase an item that was on the shelf of which had the wrong pricing. I got to the till to pay and they gave me a different price as to the one I saw. She walked with me to the shelf and said that another lady should assist. She was extremly rude and made me feel like I was wrong. The least she could have done was to apologise for the inconvenience caused. I'm only writing this to make you aware that your staff lack PROFESSIONAL service when it comes to clients. Please can you adress the situation.
