Bad service

For the past 14 years that I have shopped at Dis Chem Fourways, Ive had nothing but a wonderful shopping experience. But yesterday I've had the worst experience from a Teller by the name if Maureen Lebese. I greeted ber and without answering she told me that Ive placed my stuff at the wrong side of the till...my bad! I then responded Sisi is it now the new norm to not greet and she said "Sawubona" with the worst attitude ever. I was crushed. She continued with her disrespect till I finally paid and my final words to her were...Respect every customer!
