Bad service

I went to dis-chem pharmarcy in three rivers on friday around 17h45 to get some meds like your corsadol and heat patches and cream on medical aid. Which usually when i go to dischem to do that i get good service but on friday this was not the case. The lady that was assisting me made me go fetch the corsadol and heat patches on the aisles whereas usually when you purchase any meds or products on medical aid they fetch it for you. She asked me if it was the first time i came to dischem and i told her no it wasn't and that usually when i come there they fetch the meds regardless what aisle is on.She then just kept quiet and carried on processing my med products.I really felt disrepected as i was already tired on top of it they were making me look for med products on aisles.i was dissapointed as this is the first time they did this and had i been paying cash i would understand but this was on medical aid and usually they fetch the meds for you. Please address this issue as it did not sit well with me at all.
