Bad service

Dis chem u such a **** you gave me a card to purchase goods that worth R600.00 u will give me a maternity bag even now am still waiting for that bag I am even due to give birth but still I haven’t receive any bag from you or a phone call that you promised I am due on the 4th of November so if still now I do not have the bag what am I supposed to do because I wanted to go and buy a bag at netcare pharmacy but your so called consultant approached about this program am so disappointed pointed in you because I’ve spent R1100.00 just to qualify for this martenity bag because now you will tell me about waiting list and what not whilst am due to give birth you are actually crocks
