Bad Service

I was at the Dischem Raslouw, Centurion and bought nappies. The size 4 nappies (Huggies pull-ups) was on the shelf where the 6's price was so I just took the packet. When I got to the car I realized that it was a size 4. I ran back in and had to search the entire shelf for a size 6, which they did not have so I had to take Pampers. These were priced at R139.99. I went to the front counter and the lady asked the lady at the first till to issue me with a voucher. She (supervisor) assisted me to obtain a voucher for the R99.99 and then told me to go back in the line to be assisted. I did and the line was soooo long. I eventually got to a till and handed over the nappies and voucher. The lady then told me that she requires a supervisor to authorize it. She took a walk to the supervisor and came back, I stood there for more than 5 minutes and asked her why is it taking so long. She advised that she was busy with someone else. I walked over to her and she was assisting another lady which also did an exchange. I could not believe this as I was informed to stand back in line while she just helped another lady???!! This was when I lost it. She had a bad attitude and even slowed down more to spite me. Her name is Mamoloko. I am disgusted and they should surely have more than 1 supervisor in a busy shop like that. Sis on you.
