Bad Service

Went to Dis-Chem Park Meadows for heartburn medication. At the self-medication counter I asked for heartburn medication and was told by the counter assistant that the heartburn medication would be found in aisle 12. I could not find heartburn medication in aisle 12 so I approached an assistant who I presume was there to help. This lady really did not know what she was looking for. She went from one bottle of medication to the next reading the instructions. I asked for the floor manager who took me without any apology for the bad service I had received immediately to the stand for heartburn medication which was not three metres and in clear sight from the self-medication counter. Obviously the assistant behind the self-medication counter either did not know what heart burn is and did not know what medication to advise or does not know where the medication is. This is poor training and is not expected from a reputable pharmacy. One would think that with Clicks opening at Park Meadows, Dis-Chem would make sure that the service they provide is a lot better than I received or are they so entrenched at Park Meadows that they are not worried about competition
