Bad Service

I signed up for the baby program at Dischem in Paarl Mall more than a month ago and was told that after purchasing a certain amount of products and visiting the sister i would receive my baby bag with 7-10 working days. it has not been a month and still nothing. It would be appreciated if i could get feedback. Everytime i go there to enquire nobody can give me any answers. i would have liked to have my bag before Friday as i am having my baby on Friday!!
