Bad Service

Good day, I'm not happy with the service i received from your supervisor yesterday. I purchased a few iterms from your store, i told the casheir to swipe the card because my bank card has a problem, but she does the complete opposite of what you're telling her. I told her the car will not work in you insert it into your machine. She went on to call the supervisor who asked her to use another speed point machine, but they both did the same thing that i asked them not to do. The card was declined and she hands me the card with an attitude like i don't have money in my account hence the card is saying declined. I asked her to swipe the card and she tells me your comoany does not allow you to swipe, which is very shocking to me. How is it possible that you do not allow them to swipe cards. You should put a sign that says no swiping of card. I ended up paying with another card which i didn't want to do. I know it was time for them to go home but i do not expect such attitude from people because they are about to go home. If you're at work do your job ans don't rush a client because you want to go home. Funny thing i used the same card at Pnp and it worked, i asked them to swipe it.
