Bad service

<p>yesterd i bought face product at the store that cost me R354 , on my way out while standing outside the door i accidentally droped the yardly stayfast powerd while putting it in my bag , i rushed BACK to the lady who is working by cosmetic area and she called the assitance manager for me who said the is nothing she could do about hence i was ouside the store , i asked her if i could get it on discount and i was told she can not authorised that for me but wil call me the the store duty manager to assist me but that didnt happen while waiting for her to come back she said to me that the store manager is to busy , and i cant buy another one on discount or be replaced , only thing i got from her was the DUTY MANAGERS NAME RAUN ,the kind of SERVICES i got from the store such BAD SERVICES </p>
