Bad service

<p>I write to dischem with a sad and heavy heart. I bought nappies on the 19th of July 2016 and received a confirmation sms (Hi Oratilwe, this confirms that Dis-Chem Online store has received your online order No: 69355. Thank you). Today the 30th of July 2016 order still not received. There is a part online which explains that it takes 2-5 days for order to reach the customer my order has long passed that date. I called the call centre to find out and was told that the delivery truck got hijacked. I don't believe it is any of my business to know why it was not delivered on time only when I call. An sms could have been sent to notify me of the delay. I ordered nappies and I am stuck now with none. What do I use the cost of living is high and the money used was budgeted. I fee discriminated against because of the region I stay in and not respected as a customer. It could have been stated you don't deliver in Mamelodi now the hijackings story and the sense of agency on the matter none whatsoever the order could have been delivered yesterday still....</p>
