BAD SERVICE

i have been sending hem emails since Monday and they making me a fool...daily they ask 1 question medical aid number. tomorrow name and surname of patient and next day ID number. is it really difficult to pack my medication, why do they have an email option if they are going to ignore me and as me stupid questions daily. I tested positive to covid and I have no signs I can actually walk in and stand in a queue but that will be irresponsible and dangerous. am I suffering cos my email says Tsakane so I'm a black person and not important ...their service really sucks im ****sed.
