bad service

<p>as it was my first time to receive my cronic medication from dischem i had a very bad experience where by i didnt gret my medication in time as i was promosed .... since i have been calling dischem from may asking about the progress of my prescription they wud tell me they didnt receive an email from onehealth giving them my prescreption . one health sent tbhem as presc ription in may and for them processing it was jus difficult . its frustrating having to have no medication and peopple who just doesnt seem to care about ppkles life yet they work with services that could mark the down spirel of oneslife or can either improve their health its the 21st now and still i havnt received my cronic medication i dint know if is this the service that they give alpl their customers or i was jus the not so fortunate 1. i am very dissapointed at Dischem. one health and my medical aid scheme medihelp</p>
