Bad representative of the Dis-chem Brand

<p>on Tuesday 19 July at 17:00 I walked out of the store with a small packet of a few light items which included a light box of biscuits and my favorite bottle of St Dalfour jam. 45min later in another store the standing at the till the bag snapped and the jam fell and broke on the floor to all our horror!! I decided to rush back to Dichem and tell them of the poor quality of the bag and ask for a replacement jar of jam. The lady at the help desk Thulani, understood immediately and told me not to worry she will just advise her manager and give me a replacement. She returned saying he refuses and says it did not break at the store and 45min later somewhere else is unacceptable. I asked to see him (Mr Victor Cacho), he came and was so rude to me! unaccomodating, not giving me chance to explain! not listening! enforcing his explanation of thousands of bags that never break and if it does it breaks at the seam, Insulting me saying I must've been swinging and tugging the bag that caused the box to tear into it! , I rep**** "I'm not a child swinging my bags around!! He was arrogant insulting and demeaning!!! I stood my ground too and more so because of his behavior, I told him how unaccomodating and unsympathetic he is toward me customer! He made me feel ike a ***** jut wanting a free jar of jam! - repeating his insults over and over!! he finally gave in and sent for the jam but sarcastically saying he will have this ivestigated and check on the cctv camera's if the staff possibly gave me a used bag refusing to believe the bag broke of poor quality and believing rather that i mishandled it!!! How pathetic!! I'm so disgusted! I am a loyal shopper and have always enjoyed good service at Dis-chem I even won a prize last year. </p>
