Bad product quality

I purchased foundation, concealer and holding powder 2 weeks ago (Yardley brand).

I'm extremely disappointed as the concealer is thick, the texture of the product after a week is shocking. Unable to use it and the sad part when I returned it to the store I purchased it from in Cavendish Square I was told no refund.

What am I supposed to do with brand new make up that is not usable.

I wasted over 600R on make up and very passed off since I could not exchange it.

Very disappointed
