Bad product knowledge

Hi, my mother does not drive and we drove her to Dischem to buy a walker for my dad.... but your staff member at Dischem the Glen sold my mother a support stand which is to be used in the bathroom.... as a result she wasted R500 and had to go elsewhere to buy a walker and cant simply drive to you for a refund.... your staff should know the products they sell and i hope you will do the right thing and refund her the money into her bank account as she has no easy way to return the incorrect product..... her name is Olive - Tel ********** .
