Bad Planning but Great Service

Today I received a call from Sinobia Claremont branch(Might not be correct spelling) to inform me that my items I ordered were no longer available at any of the branches. The service I received from her was so great I even forgot that I was a little upset that my items weren't available anymore. She honestly went above and beyond to find me alternative products on the spot while I was still on the phone. Was so impressed with her and her service. Changed a bad situation to a good and pleasant one.
