Bad online service

I have been struggling to get into Dischemonline website for 3 hours. I cant log in. I can log in to all my other online shops. I telephoned someone who tried to help put me through to technical. dept. Someone tried to help said a supervisor would tel me back. Still waiting. now answer on website my pass word is disabled. I spend an average R2500 per month with these people but guess that doesnt mean anything
