BAD ONLINE SERVICE

hi i ordered online for my babies milk, paid for it, got confirmation for the order , only to find out that no one has stock of the product, spoke to the manager at galleria mall who was handling my order and he advised that i will be refunded within 7 to 14 working days which is unacceptable, so my baby must starve for the next few days because they where fast to take my money but then say nobody has stock in the region
