Bad online service

Bad service from online booking, I've been trying to secure a booking for contraceptives since last week, i was told there are no available slots, i responded to say what options do I have, & only after 3 days later i get the below response ... its been 2 days now & the booking that was suggested is still not confirmed ... my due date is 1st of July this is a matter of serious repercussions,,, can some one sort this disaster out

My sincerest apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, we do not keep track of the cancellations. We do have a new clinic that opened in Kyalami. They do have space available this week. May I schedule the appointment at Dis-chem Kyalami? Please advise? Thank you
