Bad Management and customer enquires management

I went into the store to buy a woman's shaver it was out of stock. I asked if they could orde me one and they said yes but I won't get it for the special price and that a rain check would be better. They give me a rain check and said when they recive stock they will call me never did. This wasn't the first insedent the first time I wanted arosoft shoes and I actually ordered the shoes I went in twice to ask about it in January'20 and in February'20 they just told me that they did not recive stock yet and they will phone me. The Seco d time I wanted a new range or facial products and the lady on duty was very helpful and helped me with samples the very next day I went back to get the wash and the face cream there was promotion buy 2 products and get a free handbag and when I asked the lady that was on duty that day wich was a different lady she said that it's out of stock and ignored me becouse she was chatting to her work colleagues that was standing by her. I said if it's advertised you should get it and she just said sorry. Now this is the kind of service I get from the Welkom Branch. Just yesterday I was in there again needed to find out about the lennon products I asked Magtalene the pharmacy manager to assist and she said she will see if she can assist because only front of house order the front products on a diffrent program. I told he it's a waist of my time becouse they always said they will call but they never do! She went out of her way and phoned me back and said that the product that I enquired about is discontinued. Why can't the front of house of Dischem be so helpful as well? I think that the Manager do not know how to manage! I have send a email to the store and they just ignored me. Truth been told they just don't care.
