Bad Hair Day

On 24 December, I had an appointment at 2:30pm, for colour, with my hairdresser. I was leaving for Mauritius that evening and it was important to look smart and good. My hair was coloured and washed.My hair was left wet. I was shocked to hear that my hair will not be blow dried. That was not what I had booked for. I understand that there might have been a misunderstanding regarding the blow wave.. I asked the hairdresser to blow dry my hair and she refused. She looked at the clock and remarked that it was 4? clock.(ie. closing time). I paid R600 for a colour and left. I have taken the matter up with Dischem Head Office. They have apologised and I was told that the matter will be investigated.
