Bad experience

On the 17th of February 2024, I went to Dis-chem in Mall of the South to try and redeem my points by buying my baby’s formula milk, the lady who assisted me advised that they were offline but proceeded to swipe my rewards card just to verify that for sure they were offline, and indeed they were offline, she told me to come back around 4pm but I never went back, instead I went to another store, when I got there they told me that I have 0 points, whereas earlier I had 185 points, they advised me to contact the Dis-Chem at Mall of the South, I did that and I spoke to a lady by the name of Refiloe it Lerato who promised to investigate and call me back later that day and never did, I am so irate because I did not swipe it purchase anything but I lost my points and no one can assist me to either give me My points back or something
