Bad environment

I don't where to start but what I have witnessed its a disgrace. Dis Chem staff where searched in front of the customers and when I say searched I mean body searching while taking off their clothes in front of us customers.. Imagine if it's your mom being searched that way in this cold weather taking off their jackets.
