Bad day at Dischem

I have received such a bad service at the clinic today at Highveld Mall, I have been using their clinic since my son was born without an appointment and today I have turn away they say, I must have an appointment when I asked them since when they said ever since, I was so surprised because I have never used an appointment before and I was associated, I went to clinic and I found a group of people that was also at Dischem and the where assisted by clinic, you are really losing most of your customers.
