Bad Customer service from the store manager at Dischem Mall of Africa

The store manager at Dischem mall of africa is cold hearted and not customer friendly. I am heavily pregnant at 8 months, I had swollen feet, dead tired and pressed. One of the ladies who work at the store took me to the front since the was a long que however the store manager said no that's not allowed I must go back to the back of the que. He is a middle aged white man who does not understand what customer service is and could not apply human element. So disappointed with @Dischem for such treatment.
