Bad customer service from Dischem woodmead

I went to dischem over a month ago to buy an electric breast pump and a baby monitor. to make my payment I went to the pharmacy and to my surprise the lady who was assisting me Linda told me how she wants me to do things as a customer that I shouldn't put my card on the counter she prefers that I give her the card on her hand and she went on about this I was shocked then she further kept me waiting for her and her colleague to finish on the phone and I was about 7 months preg then and couldn't stand for long. <br> <br> I reported this, the floor manager (I think his name was Fanie) was very helpful with escalating this matter to the pharmacists manager who called and promised to address this and also advised that she requested video tapes which until today I never got any feedback or update.<br> <br> one of my friends had a bad experience with Dischem South Gate and I couldn't believe it I thought it must have been a branch issue well clearly not.<br> <br> I thought Dischem Phamarcy's logo is Pharmacists who care , well think again...no more Dischem for me and will definitely not suggest dischem to anyone.
