bad customer service for online order

I ordered hair product online at dischem on the 05/06/2018 and selected that my order get picked up from dischem ****arney mall on the 06/06/2018 i get a call from dischem ****arney saying that they are trying to retrieve stock they would call me back again later during the day i get a call from dischem ****arney saying that they are unable to get my products they will now cancel my order i should now go to a dischem near greenside to purchase my order i advised the consultant that i dont have transport and i would not be able to go that far i need the products , this is really unacceptable as i expected my order to be at ****arney mall and dischem could not seem to deliver instead they just cancel my order and tell me to go to another branch.
