Bad customer service Festival mall Dischem store

I was at the store to buy my baby stuff, when i was done i remembered that my mum asked me to return her items. I went to the exchange desk where i waited for the lady to help and she came with unfriendly attitude which i did not mind. she did a voucher for me telling me to go buy something and my mistake was to tell her that i am done with my shopping, she then left without even telling me what is going on and when she came back she was surprise i am still waiting . What made me more ****ed off was that she didn't tell me what is going on and she was talking to her colleague about the assistant manager who should cash up the voucher. Ruan came and didn't even see which customer was she suppose to assist then he left after few minutes again he came back and Kgaugelo the cashier didn't even explain to him what exactly what needs to be done. I waited for about 15 min and what she just said to her colleague was that Ruan reported her some other day and she is paying revenge because Ruan does not know and she cant show him. i even asked her why is she doing that at my expense as i was not there when their disagreement started and she just looked at me without even apologizing. All this has been done at my expense my a stuff Ruan never even bother to bring the money as he looked ****ed of and Kgaugelo Selena was laughing.

Please teach your stuff to respect customers as they are there to help them. I was not asking for them to pay for me only i needed them to work on that till as they trained to do so.
