Bad customer service ****** extreme

We were treated lime ********s in the Somerset Mall Dischem store. My mom paid for items the bag fell over in the trolley as we took it out to put it in a different trolley. We were rushed to the till from the exit no apology they checked our slip a total of 5 times like we ********s meanwhile we paid for the items. I made a huge scene in the store only then did they let us go. What the **** is happening where you see the stuff on the slip and you still go on like that. The service was so poor I wouldn't set my foot in that stupid ****** store ever again. No else was checked. I told the worker that eventually assisted us after the security guard couldn't count couldn't read this is unacceptable. To be treated as horrible as we were treated and we paying customers it's unacceptable. If nothing gets done so help me God there will be big problems I work in customer care I know the procedures this store messed with the wrong person of colour. ****** ****ing fools. It's the fact that people gets looked at by the face and get treated like we were treated that ****ed the living sweet daylights out of me. If that is how customers gets treated the wrong customer is messed with.
