bad customer service experienced at dis-chem Norwood

I 've never been so disgusted by cashiers at Dis-chem in Norwood mall. There were about 5 cashiers but only one is helping customers.one is applying hand lotion, one is folding slips, the two are having a nice chit-chat's, started to complain to my wife telling her the one who is helping from nowhere is started talking back at me as if i was talking to her. Those cashier are badly trained that's if they were trained. i told her that if they want go sit and chat they must go to school and do MBA's and PHD's they will have corner offices or work for the ******* government don't know if they have heard the word "Customer Retention" Mr. Store Manager Norwood Mall on your game plan meetings enlighten your staff members customer is king pays their salaries. i will never go Dis-chem Norwood anymore. the state of our economy is bad as it is, unemployment rate is hitting the ceiling. Please if they don't want to work please again they must move for those that desperately need to work.
