Bad customer service

I went this morning early to get done what was needed before the rush and I had other commitments to tend to. When I was done I found that what was advertised was not what I purchased and I decided to return it. They refunded me incorrectly and then told me to come back at my earliest convenience so I can rectify the matter. I went back and returned everything. I went early to get it done. I had to go back all dischem can say is sorry let's keep in mind sorry will not compensate for time wasted both times, petrol wasted and your errors that's not even my problem. Sorry doesn't help anyone or anything and if it was your mistake it was your problem to rectify without inconveniencing me.
