Bad customer service

I went to Dischem in Mafikeng on Saturday morning around 8:10am to fetch my chronic medication, I was helped by the very rude and silly Gontse I don’t know his surname he wears spectacles, my fault was to simply ask why I was being charged a levy seeing as I was taking all of these on chronic plan, he threw around the medication and started banging things around showing me where to sign before explaining He has a stinking attitude and if he continues like this I will forever rate Dischem low!!!! He has to be called to order
