Bad customer service

What a disgrace. The pharmacy dep at Dischem needs a wake up. You advertise as part of your service home delivery. Please you cannot even check your systems or read because the medicine gets delivered in bits. Never getting the chronic medication right or not even deliver it correct. This store is no place to either enjoy your shopping or ordering your medication. Can someone from Head Office please give training in how to read and how to treat an customer. Fed up Kimberley
