Bad customer service by thandi and vero

After being spoilt for mothers day I went to dischem hyper valley nelspruit as we were paying they announced that the store is closing I asked Thandi the cashier that was assisting us if I could go get citro soda, the security asked if he could run and get it for me so that was nice ,so thandi rang the stuff my husband paid then when I had the cotro soda she said she closed her till already the consultant next to her quickly also locked her till leaving me and my husband standing they were all rushing to leave I asked the other cashier don't remember her name she told thandi she can use her fingerprint to open her till and assist me they refused I told them that's not got service and I told them I'm not happy with their service they just looked at us like we mad and rushed to the back to leave ,I always drove to dischem hyper valley I'm really disappointed and something needs to happen ,how many other clients are mistreated ,ringing the box of citro soda wouldn't tale so much of their time after I politely asked them they continue they conversation about going home.
