Bad customer service

I generally have no complaints regarding Dis-Chem. Unfortunately to my dismay they customer service at the hillcrest store has finally proven me wrong. I queried about a nappy wicode that I was 2 days to late to collect and therefore I wasn't able to get my free nappies that you get after purchasing 10 packs from store. I spoke to a lady on the loyalty helpdesk and she said she will query it and call me back as I did show her under the terms of the promo the wicode is valid for 60 days, so I was unsure as to why on my sms it gave me an expiry date within a month. To date I haven't received any feedback! The promo is very deceiving if thats the case because the terms and conditions are different from what is actually offered!
