Bad customer service

Today I went to Dischem @Festival Mall, I was at the clinic. The nurse (Carol ) she was extremely rude no customer service whatsoever!! Couldn’t ask questions cause she was not welcoming now I’m stuck with medication not knowing how to use it she was so unbothered. Carol is mean and utterly disrespectful. If this is the staff you’ll going to keep then the business will go down . I’ve been to Dischem not once have I complained about customer service this is my first time ever !!! People complain about her but nothing is done . I’m really not happy !
