Bad customer service and bad product.

I tried returning a basic oval hair brush that I bought in less than 4 days coz it wasn’t working. It didn’t detangle anything, the brittles are too soft, it’s not value for money. It’s basically a bad product. The lady Masego didn’t even wanna hear me out, she looked at it and said it was used! Like How on earth was I supposed to know I wouldn’t be satisfied with the product. There are no testers! The sad part all it took was one stroke on my hair and I knew the product was a bad but she didn’t wanna hear me out, she was rude. She pointed me to the disclaimer and when I tried reasoning with her, she left me speaking to go talk to the manager. I was left with a sweet young consultant whom I told she can get the brush back, it’s ok. Masego still came back telling me the manager is refusing to take it back. Now I have this useless brush in my car that doesn’t meet its promises coz your customer service consultant wasn’t bothered to even try and give me customer service. I’m not even upset that it wasn’t returned. She dismissed me. She was horrible and she was defensive. At no point did she even ask me why Was I returning the brush? Anyway I hope she gets further training.
